Christian Angermayer is a Partner and Co-CEO of the Angermayer, Brumm & Lange Group. He is responsible for the strategic orientation of the financial services group, being in charge of business development, international relations and the Investment Banking business field.
In December 1998 Christian Angermayer and Peter Brumm founded an Asset Management company, which became the starting point for today's financial services group.
In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Christian Angermayer places great value on social and societal commitments. On behalf of all the Partners, he is a member of the “Young Global Leaders” and a member of the Advisory Council of the Global Growth Company Program of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Moreover, Christian Angermayer is a founding donor and Supervisory Board member of the Cinema for Peace Foundation and Co-Host of the annual Cinema for Peace Award.
Besides, Christian Angermayer is member of the Advisory Council of Bank Sarasin AG.

Peter Brumm is a Partner of the Angermayer, Brumm & Lange Group. With Andreas Lange he is responsible for the strategic and operative corporate development of the Altira AG. Peter Brumm has various managerial and Supervisory Board capacities at the Altira AG. His focus is on renewable energies.
In December 1998 Peter Brumm and Christian Angermayer founded an Asset Management company, which became the starting point for today's financial services group.
With his comprehensive experience of economic and legal issues concerning transactions in the investment business Peter Brumm has made a significant contribution towards shaping the development of the ABL Group.
Peter Brumm is a “Diplom-Kaufmann” (University of Bayreuth) and also a Master of Accounting and Finance (London School of Economics).

Andreas Lange is a Partner of the Angermayer, Brumm & Lange Group. With Peter Brumm he is responsible for the strategic and operative development of Altira AG. Andreas Lange holds various managerial and Supervisory Board positions in diverse business divisions at Altira AG. His focus is on the development of shareholdings as well as on the transaction business.
Andreas Lange joined Christian Angermayer and Peter Brumm already in the year 2000. With his comprehensive experience in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions he made a significant contribution towards shaping with them the development of the ABL Group.
Andreas Lange began his professional career at the international investment bank Lazard Fréres & Co. LLC in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions.
Andreas Lange is a ”Diplom-Kaufmann” (University of Bayreuth).

Ralph Konrad is a Partner and CFO of the Angermayer, Brumm & Lange Group. He is responsible for Finance. His focus is on the implementation of the growth strategy of the subsidiary and associate companies, in particular the buy-and-build strategy of the listed Aragon AG.
Before joining the ABL Group as a Partner, Ralph Konrad was Director of an investment company with its registered office in Cologne, which he founded together with a partner.
Ralph Konrad has experience in growth and venture financing and worked for several years for a holding company of the savings banks.
Ralph Konrad is a “Diplom-Kaufmann” (Universität Mainz).

Dr Sebastian Grabmaier is a Partner and Co-CEO of the Angermayer, Brumm & Lange Group. He is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the ABL Group, being in charge of the Product Distribution business field.
Dr Sebastian Grabmaier is the Chief Executive Officer of Aragon AG, which is listed on the stock exchange, and responsible for the Products and Marketing Divisions. Furthermore, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Jung, DMS & Cie. AG, a subsidiary of Aragon AG.
Before joining the ABL Group in 2006 as a Partner, Dr Sebastian Grabmaier worked in various positions within the Allianz Group, in the last instance as a Branch Manager of Allianz Private Krankenversicherungs-AG, as well as working at lawyer's offices in Munich and Sydney.
Dr Sebastian Grabmeier studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich and at the University of Chicago. He holds an MBA in Financial Services and Insurance from the University of St. Gallen, the Vlerick Leuven Business School and the University of Nyenrode. In 2001, Sebastian Grabmaier was awarded a doctorate in law.

Christian Kuppig is a member of the Executive Board of CH2 Contorhaus Hansestadt Hamburg AG.
Among other positions, Christian Kuppig previously worked for ten years for a major exchange-listed issuing house in Hamburg. As the general manager of the distribution companies and later senior general manager of the group, his responsibilities included the management of distribution and the establishment of the private equity division together with distribution support and the launch of a trust project.

Antje Montag is the CEO of CH2 Contorhaus Hansestadt Hamburg AG.
Having worked around twelve years with a major German bank, Antje Montag's responsibilities included the management of purchasing and distributing closed-end funds for various subsidiaries. Among other positions, Antje Montag also held an executive position in the area of distribution at an exchange-listed issuing house.
Antje Montag holds a degree in business administration from the university of Freiburg.

Joachim Paech is a senior advisor at Silvia Quandt & Cie. AG.
With more than 25 years of experience, Joachim Paech has gained comprehensive expertise in all the key areas of investment banking, 15 years of which were in executive positions. Joachim Paech's career included positions at UBS, Dresdner Kleinwort, Lehman Brothers, Julius Bär, Hypovereinsbank / Unicredit and Commerzbank; in 2006, he was one of the founding partners of Silvia Quandt & Cie. AG.
Joachim Paech holds a degree in business administration.

Wulf Schütz is the Chief Financial Officer of Aragon AG.
In 2006, together with two partners, Wulf Schütz launched his own investment and consultancy firm in Munich. Previously, he worked as a strategy consultant for leading financial services and insurance companies as well as corporations in the telecommunications and media sector world-wide, with his last role being the principal as well as a member of the management board at DiamondCluster International, now re-branded as Oliver Wyman.
Wulf Schütz holds a BA from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of “The General Manager Program” (TGMP) at the Harvard Business School.

David Zimmer is the Chief Executive Officer of Altira AG.
David Zimmer joined Altira AG as Chief Financial Officer in 2009. His previous positions included employment as a senior investment manager at Waterland Private Equity Investments B.V. and a position in strategy development at T-Mobile International. David Zimmer commenced his professional career at Hauck & Aufhäuser Corporate Finance, where he advised German mid-sized companies on M&A transactions and IPOs.
David Zimmer is a fully qualified lawyer (universities of Würzburg and Barcelona) and holds a Master of Business Administration (Kellogg School of Management, Otto Beisheim School of Management).
