The name “Angermayer, Brumm & Lange group” does not denote a legal entity as such, but relates instead both to “Angermayer, Brumm & Lange Unternehmensgruppe GmbH” and the assets held in the private holdings of the partners.

Various entities of the Angermayer, Brumm & Lange group are permitted to provide financial services within the meaning of sec. 32 KWG (German Banking Act) or under the corresponding foreign laws and are monitored and supervised by the respective supervisory authorities (BaFin, FMA and FSA). All business for which a licence is required is conducted in these companies.
